QuickBooks Desktop Payroll: How to Enter Tax Payment History

If you’ve already paid payroll taxes or non-tax payments such as retirement or garnishments this year, you’ll need to enter that info.

Make sure you’ve already entered your employee’s paycheck history.

You’ll need your quarterly tax forms, payroll tax liability reports, or tax payment receipts to confirm your tax amounts paid.
